Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after you place your order.
  • We ship our packages via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
  • We cannot ship UPS to a P.O. Box
  • If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipper. Please DO NOT dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.
  • If you wish to have an order shipped outside of the United States, please contact us with the shipping details so that we can provide you with a quote.



Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DeanaRose.com. If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt for a refund.

    • In the event of damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.
    • Initial or return shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • All sale items are final sales.
    • Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
    • Please call us at (773) 478-9776 or email customerservice@deanarose.com prior to returning your purchase for a return authorization (RA) code.
    • You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Please use a padded envelope or box. We will not accept any returns in plain/conventional envelopes.
    • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
