What type of metal do you use?
All of my jewelry is made with the highest quality sterling silver and 10K gold-filled. Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass or copper. Gold-filled components are resistant to tarnishing.

If the metal appears dark grey or black on one of my designs, it is because I have oxidized the sterling silver in a sulfur bath. This finish will patina with age.

Vermeil is sterling silver coated with a minimum of 14k gold.

Do you have clip earrings?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

How should I care for my jewelry?
When storing your jewelry, it is best to keep it away from extreme heat and moisture. Keep pearls and stones separate from metals to prevent scratching. Tarnishing occurs to sterling silver when it is exposed to air, so it is best to keep metals in a small plastic bag when you are not wearing them. If you need to polish your jewelry, simply rub the soil and oils off with a soft cloth. Please take care in applying perfume and hair products before putting on your jewelry.

Will my jewelry look like the photos on the web site?
Due to the nature of handcrafted work, each piece will have it's own character. Because I use many natural stones in my pieces, each individual piece may vary slightly in color and size. 

I lost an earring, can I get another?
I don't make solo earrings, but I would be happy to make another pair for you if the beads are still available.
